To use the AI Speech-to-Text tool, follow these simple processes:
- Login to your user dashboard;
- Scroll to and click on the AI Speech-to-Text option in the left-side menu bar;
- Depending on your Paid Plan, you can view the amount of AI Speech-to-Text you have. if you have an Agency Plan, you have Unlimited AI transcriptions per month and if you are on the Pro Plan, you have 10 AI transcriptions per month;
- Click on the Generate AI Transcription button;
- Enter a Name for your file;
- Click on the Choose File button to upload your Speech;
Note: Only files in the following formats are supported - .mp3, .mp4, .mpeg, .mpga, .m4a, .wav, .webm. Also, there is a maximum limit of 25 MB accepted.
- Click on the Advanced Settings option to improve on your transcription;
- Provide a description for your audio in the Audio description box;
- To improve the result of the AI transcription, you can specify the Language in which your uploaded speech is in. You can pick from our wide array of languages;
- Set the Project where you want your transcription to be saved for easy categorization.
After completing all your settings, click on the Create button to begin the transcription process.
